We offer four Hospitality Education packages.

Accommodations Package - Development of the objectives with the Operating Management Company; review of current service standards and a personalized training strategy; assessment of the staff’s abilities; training presentation to support the goals with the staff; includes a two-night stay at the facility (where applicable) for trainer(s) to test the operation with formal manual

Event Venue Package - Development of the objectives with the Operating Management Company; review of current service standards and a personalized training strategy; assessment of the staff’s abilities; training presentation to support the goals with the staff; includes two days of training

Restaurant/Caterer Package - Development of the objectives with the Operating Management Company; review of current service standards and a personalized training strategy; assessment of the staff’s abilities; training presentation to support the goals with the staff; includes one day of training

Customized Training - We work with you to determine the best approach for your particular needs. May include buffet and menu design, decor, special event sales, vendor negotiations, how-to-network industry organizations, professional attire training, “under-cover-customers,” and sustainability development, policy and procedures
